Volunteer with usMA’s Pantry is operated entirely by some 3 - 4 dozen volunteers.
There are a wide variety of tasks mostly on the Thursday mornings before each distribution date and on food distribution Saturday mornings. Activity on both Thursdays and Saturdays begin about 7:30 am. There are also specialized tasks such as making home deliveries, picking up food donations from local supermarkets and bakeries, loading and unloading a truckload of foods on Friday mornings before each Saturday distribution day, computer operators, grocery bag packers, and more. Teens to seniors are welcome. This is a group of friends and neighbors who enjoy each other and their time together as they serve others.
